In becoming a “Conversation” Student you receive a free one-to-one practice conversation meeting with Toby, and are encouraged to have further practice conversations every couple of years. I will support you in developing a regular home practice, whether it be once a month or every day, 10 minutes or 2 hours.
You’ll discuss both asana, and pranayama practice in terms of pose choices, sequencing, timings, locations, and have the time to ask lots of questions. You’ll also be given some free useful resources to support your growing practice.
They usually take 1 or 2 hours and I normally come to your home so we can look at your practice space options, but can also meet somewhere else if you prefer.
