IMPORTANT UPDATE: I am currently on paternity leave until the end of February. My regular students are using a set of videos that I prerecorded for this. I am not taking new students until 1st March (unless you have significant Iyengar yoga experience and equipment, enough to work from the videos safely, in which case give me a text my number is here).

I teach 90 minute IYENGAR® yoga classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday in a fully equipped yoga studio at East Oxford Community Centre on Cowley Road. My prices are on a PAY WHAT YOU WANT basis.  I have plenty of equipment for students to borrow. I am a Level 3 (FKA Full Intermediate Junior) qualified IYENGAR® yoga teacher, practicing daily for 20 years, and teaching for 10 years, and have studied with the Iyengar family in Pune, India. All my classes are general and are suitable for both complete beginners and very experienced students.

I donate ⅓ (33%) of my income to charities chosen by my students (see more details) and publish my accounts publicly each year.
