In becoming a “Conversation” Student you receive a free one-to-one practice conversation meeting with Toby, and are encouraged to have further practice conversations every year or two. I will support you in developing a regular home practice, whether it be once a month or every day, 10 minutes or 2 hours.
You’ll discuss both asana, and pranayama practice in terms of pose choices, sequencing, timings, locations, and have the time to ask lots of questions. You’ll also be given some free useful resources to support your growing practice.
They usually take 1 or 2 hours and can take place wherever you feel most comfortable (outside/inside, sitting/walking, food/cuppa/none etc…).
