Summer

Please use the videos as many times as you like, in any order you like.

For most poses there is an alternative pose, which are usually helpful for general common needs such as general back ache, having your period, or feeling very low on energy.

Please listen to your body and don’t push into pain at any point.

If you have problems you can try the following:

  1. Stop the pose or come a little out of the pose and observe the problem area and see if you can find the way to do the pose without the problem.
  2. Try the alternative pose
  3. Repeat the previous  (or most recent) pose that didn’t cause a problem.
  4. Stop and try a different video, choosing the theme that feels right for you today

Here are the videos, and the pose lists if you want to use them for revision after using the video. I also include the invocation to Patanjali, and a translation of it by Geeta Iyengar.
